Valle Del Sol Community Health is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) and nonprofit community health organization dedicated to transforming lives across the greater Phoenix Valley. For more than 50 years, we've provided integrated medical and behavioral health services to adults, children, seniors, and families from all backgrounds.

We offer comprehensive care under one roof: primary care, pediatrics, women's health, behavioral health, substance use recovery, psychiatry, and wellness services. Our team delivers culturally centered, bilingual care that treats the whole person. We also accept most insurance plans and offer sliding-fee support based on income to ensure cost is not a barrier to care.

Our History & Legacy

Valle Del Sol Community Health was founded in 1970 by social justice activists who saw a critical gap in behavioral health and social support services for Latino and underserved communities in Phoenix. What began as a civil rights organization has grown into a trusted leader in integrated healthcare, rooted in the belief that everyone deserves compassionate, culturally aligned care. For over five decades, we've listened to our community and evolved our services to meet their needs, from adding youth services in the mid-70s to incorporating primary care in 2011.

Today, we operate multiple clinics throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area and continue to innovate. Our Hispanic Leadership Institute empowers the next generation of diverse leaders, and our annual Profiles of Success Hispanic Leadership Awards Dinner celebrates Latino leadership across Arizona—making us more than a health center, but a true community anchor.
